I started reading the Book of Mormon again from the beginning, when the Lord warns Lehi that Jerusalem has reached such a level of wickedness that the so-called "Invincible City" will soon be destroyed. The persecution of American "iniquitous" Judges against good Christians stands as "writing on the wall" that destruction there is soon to come.

My thoughts go to the regime of Mao in China where all freedom of artistic expression was removed and controlled. So if bakers and floral artists must produce for clients agendas that they don't share, will we soon have artists of other medias having to create for consignments that they don't agree with like the actors, dancers, and fine artists of China did? As the mother of a sculptor, I know how much of art is about the message in the art and no one should be compelled to produce art that doesn't represent their perception. This problem with wedding services is one step closer to a serious loss of freedom. It is odd that porn producers are free to express and even exploit, but people who choose to show reverence for their God in a way they see fit jeopardize their very livelihoods, homes, etc.

Refusing to provide services for a homosexual marriage is in no way similar to refusing to give service to someone because of their race or religion. I am sure she would have no problem arranging flowers to be giving to a homosexual in the hospital. The issue she discriminated against was not homosexual people, but the act of homosexual marriage. She was unwilling to receive financial gain in support for an act God finds repugnant. It is no different than Saul, before he became Paul, who was despised for holding the cloaks of those who stoned Steven. Are we holding the cloaks of those who commit a serious sin in God's eyes when we profit from or give legitimacy to it? This is a question every person of faith will have to ask themselves when they lend support, profit from or acquiesce to serious sin. Would God want us to just be quiet and hold the cloaks or run away like Joseph did from Potipher's wife and risk imprisonment? I would let all decide for themselves, but for me to judge someone negatively because they refused to hold the cloaks I would ask "Whose side are you on?"

If I had a bakery or a florist business, I personally wold not refuse to bake a cake or provide flowers to anyone because my religious beliefs were different from theirs. Should Christian businesses refuse to serve Jews, Muslims, or Buddhists? Why is serving gays any different? I do not believe in gay marriage, but would not refuse to serve gays in my business. However, at the same time, I believe that people do have that right. I remember at one time you used to see signs in store windows that said "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." That right should still exist, even though I think people who do it are being a little high and mighty. Remember Christ's injunction that he who is without sin should cast the first stone. Are any of us truly without sin?

This is a strong case against "public accommodations" in the law.

Where can all of us patriots send money to support her, so she does not lose her belongings? Every American Citizen ought to support this good person in standing against a violation of her right to this decision. If we all sent her $10.00.....

from article-“The message of these rulings is unmistakable: the government will bring about your personal and professional ruin if you don’t help celebrate same-sex marriage” The Juggernaut of activist LGBT/ SSM is rolling on without recourse. :(
