Very definitely the war which began in heaven between good and evil does continue here in our second estate. Every day we are tested by having to make choices (exercise of our God given agency) which puts us on one side of the equation or the other. There is no neutrality or shade of grey in God's eternal principles or doctrines. You are either for Him or against Him. Regardless of our choices, however, He still loves us as His children and we are blessed with the fruits of the Atonement as given to us by His Son, Our Savior and Redeemer. Until that great day comes, when all will be made whole and judgments rendered, we must continue to do our best to do His will.

The war in heaven continues here upon the earth in my opinion. Satan is very active seeking to destroy all of Father's children. If the Court rules in favor of gay marriage, the will of God is not being met.

If the hand of God is in all things, and the Supreme Court rules in favor of same-sex marriage, then is that the will of God? The exercise of one person's free will ALWAYS affects other people's free will. These matters are not the war in Heaven, which ended, by the way. This is earth existence, second estate. Man will make many decisions that are contrary to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and contrary to the will of God.

This is a great example of the continuation of the war in Heaven and the war over free-agency. One side demands their free will at the expense of the other-side's free will. We hve to remind ourselves that the hand of God is in all things and remain faithful to that, living individually true to the side we list to obey, and suffer the consequences for our choice. The principles of the Gospel and the words of the prophets are true. I hope more people are brave enough to accept that.

Thanks for remaining firm and resolute. Families everywhere need this important support and assurance.
