I am interested to know if a whole food, plant-based diet is sufficient to keep our glutathione levels high enough. I am a firm believer that Heavenly Father placed everything our bodies need to be healthy into the plants He provided for us. All of the manmade foods and substances are what are not healthy for us. I have been eating WFPB nutrition for over three years and have not even had a cold. I am 67 and am the healthiest I have ever been.
