BLM movement was not founded on truth. The young black man was not holding his hands up or saying, "Don't Shoot" in Ferguson a few years ago. Check out the facts and do lots of homework. Check out their website. They stand for destroying the nuclear family unit. That's the father, mother, & children. There are many other evil goals there. It is not about police reform. It is Marxist. Even the leaders clearly state they are Marxist. They want to destroy our Constitution, Bill of Rights, & Freedoms. Let us unite against this.

I deeply feel that this nation needs to turn to God again! He has shown us in the Book of Mormon-the pride cycle. It was repeated over and over in the scriptures. There seems to be a lot of people right now who deny God. Nothing saddens Him greater than for people to deny Him and get caught up in their own self-righteousness. In my opinion, we need to humble ourselves before the Lord, ask for his forgiveness, and plead for his mercy to be upon our great nation at this time to heal our land and bless us to be able to return to Church and His holy temple and resume our lives. He is all knowing and merciful when we do our part and revere Him as our God and Creator.

The concerns expressed here are very valid and the actions of extremists should not be condoned. However, it is regretful that in condemning these extreme responses, we give cover and comfort to our tendency to dismiss the very valid issues that have given rise to the BLM movement. This article claims that "it is all just smokescreen". That is NOT TRUE. Although some may try to use it as an excuse for extremist actions, the sad truth is that our society has not valued the lives of people of color. We are guilty of discriminatory thoughts and actions and need to repent and become better at living up to our doctrine, which teaches that God loves and values all of His children. The same people who quickly use the "few bad apples" argument to dismiss the need for law enforcement reform quickly also condemn this movement based on the actions of a few. We need to condemn the extremism while at the same time acknowledging and acting upon the legitimacy of the original issue.

This is very scary. The COVID lockdowns play into this because the closing of churches has and will likely weaken all Christian religions. A perfect storm; for the Adversary.
