I take Warfarin. I also eat lots of kale in season. Kale conflicts with warfarin, so when I am eating kale for an extended period of time I may have to adjust my dose to compensate. It would work with vitamin K the same way.

This product contains Vitamin K which conflicts with the blood thinner warfarin. Should patients on warfarin take this product? What effect have those on warfarin seen on their blood clotting times?
