What is different between Billion Graves and Find a Grave? It looks like they are both doing the same service.

I tried to put a message up on our relief society online fbbook page and the person in charge just wouldn't put it up. I wanted to let them know the can also be of help putting in information doing head stones ..because on this site it will match up what we have in family search with the head stones....maybe one day she might do it.
