I think Charlie Kirk's death will be a "turning point" for many. His perspective went beyond any one religious denomination, though he was evangelical. He spoke of goodwill and decency, respect for others, common sense, and basic moral values that we all should espouse. He spoke of unity and pride for our country. I am sad that some only heard hatred. I am saddened that, within days of his passing, the naysayers and the finger-pointers have come out. It behooves all of us, regardless of race, culture, gender, or political views, to remember to love our neighbors and seek the common good in all aspects of our lives. Nothing is accomplished by senseless acts of violence.

How about mentioning in this good, reflective articke, the importance of what Charlie Kirk was teaching, persuading and memoralising! Even God, faith, and country. Unfortunately, thise memorials as well free speech were left out of the feelings article. God bless America and the memory of Charlie Kirk of which we all should strive to emulate in the spirit of Messiah, even Jesus the Christ.

Thank you for this reminder of the great importance of recording the defining moments that change our lives and what and how they defined us so that the lessons are not lost not only to others but to ourselves. I needed to read this and be more intentional and yes even reaching to the future with love for those my story might bless.
