I miss the monthly well planned training sessions held in our stake center 110 mile round trip from my home. As many as 180 mile round trip for others. Most were taught by experienced members of the high council, Stake auxiliary leaders, Stake Presidency and Clerks. Never, in the 20 or so years did I not take away information to make my calling easier to understand and do.
For some reason, our current stake, a 14 mile round trip from my house has dropped these training sessions. The last one I went to was held the month I was called agin as membership clerk. It was obvious that they had no one prepared to train me. Also the last time I attended one of the sessions.

1 Nephi 3:7 - "And it came to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father: I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them."
