Wonderful perspective and suggestions for handing betrayal, finding forgiveness, and moving to a place of gratitude for our Savior. Skills we all need to master.

I really loved the statements you made reminding us that WE have all at times been the offender. Sometimes when I am hurt at what someone has said or done, I ask MYSELF, "Have YOU ever done that?" Often the answer is "Yes!" I want so much for forgiveness from others, so I also need to forgive. It puts things in perspective.

A retired psychiatrist who was teaching a college class stated a profound truth to his students: sooner or later you have to give up your hope for a better past. I so appreciate the reminder that we too are sometimes at fault. Many thanks to you, Sister Hilton

Beautiful!! Some of my current dearest friends are the same who at an earlier time turned against me. I have learned that forgiveness towards others is one of the most healing principles that has been given to us to bless our lives. Another precious gift of the Atonement!
