The Debra Bonner Unity Gospel Choir is proud to announce their 2nd annual holiday benefit concert, A Soulful Celebration! The joy and excitement brought to the community last year will be surpassed this year. The Debra Bonner Unity Gospel Choir is an exceptionally talented group of culturally diverse individuals and during this Soulful Celebration they will be introducing the holiday season with upbeat, soulful gospel music!

The choir will sing songs from Handel’s Messiah with a gospel/jazz twist and will be joined by an exciting line up of special guests. This includes David Osmond, Jon Schmidt of the Piano Guys, David Blakely–gospel pianist and producer, the Bonner family, the LDS Institute Gospel Choir, and more! To top it off, they have partnered with Center Stage Performing Arts, whose dancers will pair amazing choreography with the irresistible rhythm of the choir’s music!

The benefit concert will start at 7 p.m., on Nov. 30 at the UCCU Center at UVU. Prior to the concert there will be a Pre-Show at 6:30 featuring Center Stage Performing Arts Studio dance teams. Tickets can be purchased for varying prices between $15 and $50 depending on where you choose to sit. With a student ID, students of BYU and UVU will receive free general admission. To purchase tickets, please visit www.debrabonner.com. Tickets are on sale now and will be available for purchase on the day of the event.

Anyone who has experienced the rich gospel music of the choir will tell you that you can’t help but get up, dance, clap your hands and stomp your feet. This spectacular evening of what they promise to be a Soulful Celebration will be no different. So get your tickets and start the holiday season off right with a spirit of giving, gratitude and joy as the choir sings music that unites us and uplifts our souls!
Proceeds will benefit Unity Gospel Choir International, a non-profit organization that builds Unity Gospel Choirs all over the nation, and help raise awareness of the need for love and unity.
