On the first day of 2024, President Russell M. Nelson shared some of what he marvels at in the world today and invited individuals to “marvel and rejoice” at Heavenly Father’s plan.
In a social media post, President Nelson said he marvels at some of what men and women have accomplished, but he said those accomplishments are small in comparison to God’s creations.
“Years ago, Sister Nelson and I visited Machu Picchu high in the mountains of Peru. We marveled at what we experienced.
“While we marvel at the accomplishments of men and women, all of that pales when compared with the creations and works of our loving Heavenly Father and His Beloved Son, Jesus Christ.”
