In the latest release from the Church’s “#HearHim” series, Elder Ulisses Soares of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles shares a unique experience he had while serving as a mission president. He had a message prepared to share, but the Lord directed him “in a warm and strong way” to take it a different direction.
Speaking in his native Portuguese, Elder Soares recounts how he felt as he shared this other message, “that the Savior Himself spoke to the missionaries.”
