Paul, second paragraph under "The Good News": "We know the types of foods that best nourish a healthy microbiome. They are the same foods that nourish us: whole, natural, unrefined plant foods in the form of whole fruits, whole vegetables, whole grains, and whole legumes."

This is interesting but like many other articles on diet, the problem is that she is describing the water while we are all drowning. Saying that there is no “crash course” to a healthy micro biome is articulating a problem without a solution. She should make an attempt at getting GRANULAR on foods to eat and foods not too eat. She may simply be saying that she doesn’t have a good enough understanding of the micro biome to make those conclusions which is ok too. Regardless, it is a good topic to introduce.
