I have heard that some people even make cheeses with powdered milk. Have you ever tried that and if so, would love some instructions on how to do it.....

Thanks for the recipes. I note that you boiled the water. I have found that if I mix powered milk with near boiling water and let it cool it tastes similar to the store bought version. Cold water just doesn't do it.
