I found, nor do I find any such happening in the American conservative. True, there are always factions who are small and without much support who espouse more radical ideas, but they are neither a majority nor a problem. It has been the radicalization from wrong thinking leftists that has caused more harm than from conservative religions. I find the writer's premise lacking in merit. While they pay lip service to the religious founding of the Constitution, they forget that without Judeo-Christian ethics, the Constitution fails, as it has been for the past 35 years as America stepped away from religion. We need a restoration to the morals and values of Judeo-Christian ethics, and I see a call for that more than a hostile Christian takeover of government. The fact the writer called the events of Jan. 6 an insurrection tells me enough about their wrong thinking. Truth and honesty needs to be restored as well, not rhetoric and lies.

This author fails to point out that we already have a religious takeover - by the Marxist/Atheist/Darwinists, and we've been living under its oppression for some time.
