Had he moved into his parent’s basement? Was he living on his food storage? Did he file bankruptcy? For some people a financial crisis is actually quite mild, but they think it’s really bad. Some of us know and have experienced what “back to the wall” really means. Add Stage 4 cancer for a spouse to the mix, lose your job and health insurance, and then let’s talk.
