Whenever we get anywhere near one of the 140 operating temples of the Church I want to take the time to shoot a photo essay so you can see these marvelous edifices with us. This past year, while researching a book Maurine is working on, we were able to visit the temple in Hamilton, New Zealand. The setting is breathtaking. The land itself around the temple bespeaks holiness. The people are full of the Spirit. This was a very moving experience to be by this first temple in the Southern Hemisphere. Will you come with me and walk about the Hamilton New Zealand Temple for the last 45 minutes of daylight on this beautiful summer day in February?
