“If ye are prepared ye shall not fear.” How often have we heard this scriptureand associated it with self-reliance? However, how often do we read the entirescripture?

“I tell you these things because of your prayers; wherefore, treasure up wisdomin your bosoms, lest the wickedness of men reveal these things unto you by theirwickedness, in a manner which shall speak in your ears with a voice louder thanthat which shall shake the earth; but if ye are prepared ye shall not fear.” D&C 38:30

Is this how you feel when teachers and leaders talk about sharing the Gospel? Fear and trembling? Why not consider preparing for sharing the Gospel in the same wayyou prepare for an emergency.

As we prepare for a disaster we gather information, read and study the information, and practice what we have learned. This Christmas, prepare your family and friendsto share the Gospel without fear.
