Dear Vendella, Oh, how touched I am by your life and your message! I do not say, "How I was touched" but I say how I AM touched (by your life and message!) Thank you for sharing it with me and others, for I think we will all bear your message with us, always. And I have a feeling that you are sharing your life and faith with others, every day, even as I am typing this message to you. You are so alive and so giving of your spirit. And I am so impressed by the vitality, and the smile, that you share. Thanks! Yours, Colonel Jim Ruffer MD.

Thank you for your sacrifice. My husband was a 21 year Vietnam vet, now deceased, and I am very proud of his service. With God all things are possible. You have a beautiful family and I wish you all the best.

Oh, Vendella... my heart aches for you. I had tears in my eyes watching your story. I, too, do not understand why the Lord takes parents of young children. I don't. Thank God you prayed and He spoke to you. I've experienced that too (receiving spoken answers). I know God lives and that He loves you and your family. May He continue to bless you in your grief and in your happiness. Sending love and hugs your way!
