“THE GARDEN”

The Garden, written by Michael McLean and Bryce Neubert, is an allegorical oratorio of Gethsemane , a musical tribute to the Savior and the consequences of his atoning sacrifice. It will be performed by multi-talented Young Single Adults from the DC area under the direction of composer and singer-songwriter Perla Antoniak.

Brian C. Swinton is President of the Washington DC Temple. He also served as President of the Washington DC South Mission and Director of the St. George , Utah Visitors’ Center and Historic Sites. President Swinton was responsible for beginning the “Why I Believe” firesides here at the Visitors’ Center in April of 1984. Sue S. Swinton is Matron of the Washington DC Temple. She has had extensive leadership and teaching experience in the Church. Sister Swinton began the tradition of decorating Christmas trees and having an outdoor Nativity scene here at the DC Temple at the Visitors’ Center.
