President Hinckley: “A Great Christmas Present — The Temple of the Lord”
It was the very picture of a bitter winter day, with blustery winds, bleak views and a steel-gray sky, but those who arrived at the bluff beneath the Oquirrh Mountains at the southwestern edge of the Salt Lake valley on Saturday morning, December 16, were in joyous spirits. It was time to break ground for another temple. Come and see.
