Roger Connors is a four-time New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestselling author with over 35 years of expertise in organizational culture, and is recognized as a top ten culture guru. He has co-authored many books including The Oz Principle; Change the Culture, Change the Game; and Get A Coach | Be A Coach. Roger is the co-founder and former chairman of Zero To Ten, a coaching and leadership training company, as well as the co-founder and former CEO of Partners In Leadership (PIL), which has trained millions of people in over 50 countries. He is a graduate faculty professional member of Utah Valley University and adjunct for their MBA program, Woodbury School of Business. A convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Roger and his wife, Gwen, presided over the Washington Kennewick mission. Roger has also served as a stake president, branch president in the MTC, and is currently serving in a YSA stake presidency. Roger and Gwen have five children and ten grandchildren.
