Catherine Keddington Arveseth is a full-time Mom, part-time writer. She has a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in English from the University of Utah. She and her husband have three daughters and are expecting their second set of twins – boys! They recently moved from Washington DC to Salt Lake City.
