Richard DraperRichard Draper taught in the Church Education System for forty-three years, twenty-three of them at Brigham Young University where he held the position of professor of Ancient Scripture. He has served as graduate coordinator, and Associate Dean of Religious Education. He has authored eight books and nearly two hundred articles. He and his wife Barbara have served on Brigham Young University, Hawaii Campus, and at the Polynesian Cultural Center. He has also been a member of the Correlation Translation Review Committee. He and his wife are the parents of six and children and 14 grandchildren. Michael RhodesMichael Rhodes was an associate research professor of Ancient Scripture at Brigham Young University from 1993 until his retirement in 2011. Prior to that, he was an assistant professor of physics at the United States Air Force Academy where he also served as the director of the Air Force Academy Observatory. He retired from the Air Force as a Major in 1993. His publications include The Revelation of John the Apostle (with Richard Draper), One Eternal Round (with Hugh Nibley), Books of the Dead Belonging to Tshemmin and Neferirnun: a Translation and Commentary, The Pearl of Great Price: a Verse-by-Verse Commentary (with Richard Draper and Kent Brown), and numerous articles on gospel related topics, and on astronomy and astrophysics. He is married to the former Darlene Proctor, and they have five children, fourteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
