Eric’s concern for and dedication to the well-being of youth is evident in his long tenure at West Ridge Academy. Since joining the team in 1989, Eric has devoted his time to serving youth from being a home parent, to past clinical director, to full time therapist. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, and master’s degrees in Business Management and Marriage and Family Therapy. The expertise Eric brings in dealing with juveniles offending sexually, reactive attachment disorder and family systems is of immeasurable value in helping young people deal with serious obstacles to their progression.
