Blake R. Hills is a career prosecutor with approximately twenty years of experience. Blake is a 1998 graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. From 1998 to 2000, he was an appellate clerk for the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, where he wrote approximately one hundred appellate opinions in criminal cases. From 2000 to 2017, he was a prosecutor in the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted gang, special victims, and homicide cases. Blake joined the Summit County Attorney’s Office in 2017, where he focuses on prosecuting special victims, domestic violence, and child abuse cases. Blake is a member of the Utah Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on the Rules of Criminal Procedure and a member of the Third District Victims’ Rights Committee.
