I have had so many experiences as an artist and as an individual when I’ve been discouraged and I haven’t known how to get through it. The proverbial Red Sea is before me, and I don’t have a way to cross it. And in those moments the Savior has always come to help me. It’s not always the way I expect, or the timing I want, but He always comes—even if just to provide reassurance and strengthen my heart. At Christmas that is what I am so thankful for—that peace, that strength, and that love that the Savior brings into my life.
