Flavorful white chili for a cold winter day.

  1. Follow can instructions to reconstitute white beans and cheese beforehand. Reconstituting both the night before is best.
  2. Add all ingredients except cheese to a large pot. Cook on medium high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook until chicken is completely reconstituted (approx 10-15 minutes).
  4. Extra sour cream powder may be added to thicken the chili if desired.

Serve chili topped with cheese. Additional chives may be sprinkled on top to add an extra kick.
