Thanks, Tanya, for your wonderful tribute and insights into a remarkable woman’s/mother’s life! It was touching to read and inspiring to become better at emulating and living in the spirit of Christian love that your mother exemplified and really lived. And now, I need to get serious about writing such a tribute of my own mother, taking yours as an example of how it can be done with kindly grace. (Thanks also for including details about how your mother pursued genealogical research—very inspiring!)

What a wonderful tribute to your Mom, she truly was an Angel and I know because she opened her home to a 13 yo boy from a broken family and thru all the antics and scolding he eventually graduated High school joined the Marines went on to have a wonderful life and family of his on using the examples and down to earth life lessons learned from being lucky enough to be welcomed into the Anderson family and home. I would like to add Mr Anderson and the whole family also were just as genuine and big hearted as she was. I know because I was that 13 yo troubled kid and without her and the Anderson family putting up with "one more kid" I wouldn't be the 60 yo family man and had the good life I have lived. Thank you Libby and all the Anderson family for all that they did for me. Love you guys. Johnny P.
