It is out. Whatever notes and markings you have had will not be lost, but everything has to be downloaded again. This is a major 28mb download. I was surprised to find this out. General Conference talks can now be listened to. There are good things, but it takes time to get everything back.

I only see Gospel Library 3.4.13 when I go to the App Store. Is the 4.0 version released yet?
