Challenging, but so important! I know I'm happier when my technology consumption is restrained. My favorite line: "Think of electronic devices as TOOLS that can help you to be what you want to be and accomplish what you want to do."

I am conscious of the example we set our children (and those around us) by the choices we make. How can we set limits unless we, too, abide by those limits? We often overlook our own (adult) behaviour in a quest to modify our children's activities; we need to acknowledge how we are spending our time...
