The comparison with the tobacco industry is absolutely correct, except that Porn is much more devastating in its effects - - a "crater into one's brain" Elder Holland once said. But the bottom line is indeed the same as for tobacco and addictive substances in general: billions of dollars accumulated through the physical - but also moral - destruction of individuals and society, with every possible rationalization to keep it legal.
