I found this and the first article insightful. Thanks for them. We used them for discussion in a recent ward council meeting. Can I ask, is the picture of the two youth, also AI generated? We all thought it probably was. The two youth have wonderful countenances.

Today's youth truly are astonishingly perceptive when given vocabulary for what they are experiencing. Those I have worked with burst with sudden relief and confidence when they receive the "diagnosis" of Satan's tactics and deceptions. Thank you for validating this concept.

I find the discussion quite interesting, but despite AI's contribution to that, the real work is yet to be done.

In number 3 I felt authenticity was misdefined. To be authentic is to be honest, real, not wearing a mask for approval, not being a chameleon to please others. An authentic person is not afraid to stand alone even when the crowd has a sheeple mentality. They stand for truth when others capitulate to get along. Authenticity is rare in the world. It’s rare in the Church.

Your two articles are both useful and concerning. Useful because they provide insightful ideas and suggestions. Concerning because they are so insightful and were generated by AI in a fraction of the time it would have taken a human author. Many books are available about the potential dangers of AI. If you don’t want to sleep at night, read If Anyone Builds It, Everyone Dies by Yudkowsky and Soares. It’s over the top, but provides a chilling scenario. The how is yet to be seen, but AI will dramatically change the world we live in.
