Thank you for a great article. I had not kept track of all the changes but I welcome them in the Lord's own due time and according to His will. I was most thrilled with the change that black people can now hold the priesthood. That beings because I was blessed with a vision before the fact of this change that my two apostate girls were in the temple and at the same time there were numerous black ordinance workers. I thrilled after that, every time I encountered a black person in the Temple, making my dream closer to coming true that my children would return to the church. All black people with whom I have had contact in the temple, were such loving, humble saints and a great example to me to follow..

You could add to your list: Women praying in Sacrament Meeting. It used to be Deacons could, but women could not.

I think we'll see even greater changes as we progress. I think eventually women will hold regular priesthood offices as well as auxiliary priesthood positions. In the world, Colonel Colt made women equal, but the Church benefits from that cultural change, and I reckon that as we finally reach the level that God always intended (valuing equally what God always valued equally) we will become a beacon to the world in ever greater ways.
