David Hinton: Sorry I missed your question regarding international orders. Please visit our primary website at www.cherylleemd.com to place international orders.

DeEtte BastianJuly 18, 2014

Isent for your three treatments for 134.00 invoice#L01272 I don't need them now. The person I bought them for, I found out has vericose veins, not eczema. I have called and left a message with my cell number. I would like to send them back to you for a full refund. Thank you!

David HintonJuly 5, 2014

how do you order from another country..Im in Australia and your auto form only says USA?

Joyce HyerJuly 1, 2014

I didn't see an answer to the question of scalp psoriasis. I have been to a Dermatologist who has given me 2 different medicines. Neither have worked. MGP Clobetasol Propionate Topical solution USP 0.05% and NDC28105-149-04 Derma-Smoothe/FS (scalp oil)

For Connie Gibbons--you can find Cheryl Lee MD on facebook, where they answer a lot of questions, or call them at 1-877-622-4626. The cherylleemd.com website also has a section called "skin conditions" as well as a blog (link at the bottom of the page) with tons of info. I hope that helps you! This product was amazing for my daughter!

My skin is not aging--it has aged! Is there anything for wrinkled parchment looking skin?

Connie GibbonsMay 9, 2014

It is frustrating not to be able to communicate with the author/doctor about this article. I am desperately in need of help with chronic idiopathic hives and wonder if it could be helped with these creams. Would it sooth the itch and protect the skin?

Debra MackApril 27, 2014

I sent an email on April 14 to the address in the advertisement requesting to know how to order into Australia, but have not received a reply. The online ordering process only applies to USA and Canada.

Do you make something for the scalp for my scalp psoriasis or are any of your products easy to get into the scalp area?

Veneese NelsonApril 25, 2014

I have 75-year-old skin. Lately, my forehead and nose have become extremely oily. I have been using OC8 an OTC adult acne treatment gel; however it leaves my skin extremely dry and it is quite expensive. Is there an alternative treatment? Thanks!

Connie GibbonsApril 24, 2014

I need to know if you have been able to help people with chronic idiopathic urticaria? That is so difficult to treat, let alone cure. Please respond. Thank you so much.

Would the Correct and Perfect Lotion be helpful for a facial cyst that has been there for over 20 years?

Cheryl Lee Eberting, M.D.April 23, 2014

Dear Johnell---I would recommend using the TrueLipids

Johnell DeWittApril 22, 2014

How would this help dermatitis herpetiformis?

Cheryl Lee Eberting, M.D.April 19, 2014

Karen---I am glad you have involved your dermatologist. Sometimes there are medical reasons for itch and they should be investigated if your problem persists. For the "winter itch", I would use the TrueLipids

Karen April 18, 2014

My itching issue is similar to what Elaine S McKay describes. I itch most of the time, especially my back, arms and thighs. It is most annoying at night when I am trying to fall asleep. I don't have any type of rash, but where my clothes and my hair touch my skin the itching often increases. Two doctors have told me I have "Winter Itch" and it should improve in the spring. That didn't happen. Thyroid medication for Hashimoto's has not seemed to help either. I am very interested in trying your product, but am wondering which of your creams I should use or if I would need to use all 3 since I do not actually have any kind of a rash. I would truly appreciate your feedback.

Emi Sorensen April 17, 2014

Could you please email me? My brother also has severe psoriasis and is in Japan serving a mission. He had some type of cream, but it wasn't working. We don't know if he was able to see a doctor yet...it would be great if this would help him and we could send him some.

cheryl Lee EbertingApril 17, 2014

Esther--I wanted to let you know what feedback I have gotten from my psoriasis patients who have used this product; it was very helpful for the itch associated psoriasis. The scaly component is also quite improved as well. I hope this helps. Warm Regards, Cheryl Lee Eberting, M.D.

My daughter has had severe eczema her entire life--red, bumpy skin (like sandpaper), dry and itchy. She has even had bloody scabs on her ankles and weeping scabs on her cheeks. We tried many things recommended by Dr. Eberting, which did help a little, but until we got to try samples of Dr. Eberting's ointment, nothing really made a big difference. The other lotions and creams would soak in within minutes and her skin felt just as dry as before. My daughter was so happy after we tried Dr. Eberting's ointment! For once her skin didn't feel like sandpaper. Also, the ointment seemed to put a little (non-greasy) layer on her skin so it didn't just disappear within minutes. You could actually tell a few hours later that she had put the ointment on, her skin didn't just dry out. This is far and away the best product we have tried in over ten years. My daughter has been been begging and begging for me to find out when Dr. Eberting's products would be available. I am so glad they are now. Also, Dr. Eberting is one of the most caring, least egotistical Drs. we have been to, and we have been to a lot, as I have family members with chronic conditions. Also, she is very curious and always has your case in the back of her mind in case there is more information that might help you. She is very friendly and warm, and you can tell she is also a mom and cares about kids.

My brother suffered from severe psoriasis. His hands, arm and legs are full of sores. He itch all over and his constant scratching make them worse. Will any of your products helps him?

JeanetteApril 15, 2014

hello! my daughter was diagnosed with eczema/atopic dermatitis when she was just 3months old. we have been using hydrocortisone 1% and lotion (cereve and aquaphor) and have been on regimen (5-10min bath, then apply hydrocortisone then lotion right after bath). her skin has improved a little, but its still dry and itchy. which of your products should i try for my 8-month old baby?

LWApril 14, 2014

Do you recommend using these products as a replacement for night/daytime moisturizer as well as other problem areas? Also, what about using makeup such as mineral based makeup?

cheryl lee ebertingApril 14, 2014

Elaine---There are many types of itch that may be caused by many different things. If your itch is associated with dry skin or with some sort of disruption to the skin barrier (which are the most common causes of itch), then these products will be wonderful for you. What you are describing sounds like what is called a 'Dysesthesia'--an abnormal nerve sensation and can be related to some sort of pinched nerve or to nerve damage . I recommend you discuss your symptoms with a dermatologist and see if you can get that figured out. The True Lipids Ointment will also benefit and damage that is caused from the scratching. I hope this helps! Warm Regards, Cheryl Lee Eberting, M.D.

Well, this sounds very interesting. But when I tried to make an order, it said my credit card was invalid. When I tried to call their number, I got a message saying that the phone number was invalid. I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem? I order with this card all of the time.

Elaine S. McKayApril 14, 2014

I have skin that has an invisible itch/rash. Sometimes it's so bad that I can't stand clothes to touch my skin. Will the True Lipids products help?
