Work week nights are difficult times for many of us that are required to work late at our jobs or must travel quite a distance to get to our jobs and then home. I hope there will be another rally, scheduled for a Saturday or Holiday, so that many more of us can join you. That said, I salute allf of you that could be at the Capitol this week standing up for what we believe. Let us all wake up and stand for what is right and good in our State.

Man may have changed marriage over the years, but God has not. I do not doubt that you love and love deeply The bounds which the Lord has set are for our greatest happiness. To raise your children in a home where a man and woman as husband and wife love and support each other and love the Lord is the best situation for all of us. It is His plan for all his children. I am not perfect at this, but this is the ideal situation to bring children in. God has been through this so he knows what will gives us our greatest joy. Look at the arguments for gay marriage, they are searching for this ideal, too, but this is the one that works. I support the Amendment 3!

We should stand for Traditional marriage because it is the right thing to do. Law of the land should conform to the law of God The Eternal Father.

How can we pass this invitation through our Facebook accounts? We need more advertisement through the mass media!! I didn't know about this event until I open this e mail... Let's get more people to be aware of it!!

If Arizona's citizens and legislature overwhelmingly passed a law that outlawed the LDS church in Arizona, would that be the will of the people that must not be "vetoed from the bench"??? Of course not. Constitutional protections for minorities always trump the will of the majority. That is the whole point of the Constitution, a document that some on this site have referred to as "sacred." So, you (and I) may not feel that the Constitution protects same gender marriage, but the battle is in the courts and ultimately the Supreme Court will make that call. A reference to "vetoed from the bench" when judges don't rule like you want them to rule is simply a cursing of the Constitution.
