Wonderful article and good reminder to be other-centered and to teach our children the same. Fun has it's place, but not as a steady diet. Thank you!

And then there is our Elder's Quorum who think fun is helping people move, working on the church farm, teaching lessons on Sunday without preparing, or harping on us about home teaching. We literally do nothing else in Elder's Quorum. There are no fun activities at all. It's all work all the time. I have learned not to like these men in the quorum simply because ever time I see them it is all about work. I think we have gone to the other extreme by eliminating all fun.
