It is interesting to note that in a Muslim society men enjoy a privileged and superior status compared to women. And, women do not get to vote on whether Sharia is to be the Law of the Land.

Wouldn't we in the Church of Jesus Christ day the same thing? We pray and wish the world would live in peace and the law of consecration? We have so many common believes as do the Moslems, but we and they must learn the similaities. We just don't wish those extremists who know nothing of their Faith!

Intersting article. I question some of the findings accuracy based on albeit anecdotal information from friends in the Military in lncluding family members who got a somewhat different viewpoint while working with members of some of these nations. I do draw the line with Muslims who come to this country and wish to live under Sharia Law here. That is a problem for me and I do not believe it should be allowed.

It would be interesting to see results of a similar survey asking the same questions (but substituting biblical in place of sharia) of self proclaimed Christians in western nations.
