I'm with you! I hate self checkout. We are already distanced enough physically on a daily basis. I crave small connections hen I get out!

Thank you--I agree. Covid has brought so much fear into our society--so that we're literally afraid of each other. I have refused to conduct myself that way. And I always greet people--to me it is a recognition of our common humanity
