Emailing adult siblings to "warn them" that the family relationships are "toxic" is pretty extreme. The fact that those siblings have let the mom know they do NOT feel that way suggests that the extremely critical daughter is attempting to poison the rest of the family with her own disastisfaction. This daughter desperately needs counseling. At this point, I don't know if anything her Mom says would make a difference.

Excellent answer. The daughter is old enough that if she wanted a mature, adult relationship then she should be putting forth some effort in that direction.
