Due to the computer and social media accounts including Facebook and messaging and easy access to talk and text away from the home, many psychologists believe that this adds to making it easier to have emotional affairs and more. When A change is sudden from my experience and some of my friends experiences, it was due to cheating emotionally and sometimes leading to physical cheating. In relationships both male and female need to be transparent with each other. There are too many Temptations otherwise..

We had a stake president once literally demand that all men give their wives all their passwords and codes. I told my wife that I would exchange passwords and codes; it had to be a two-way exchange. Ten years later she still doesn't want me to have access to her accounts. On the bright side, we absolutely trust each other.
