Alma 6:5-6 Now I would that ye should understand that the word of God was liberal unto all, that none were deprived of the privilege of assembling themselves together to hear the word of God. Nevertheless the children of God were "commanded" that they should "gather themselves together oft," and join in fasting an mighty prayer "in behalf of the welfare of the souls of those who knew not God."

With home church we would have much more time to serve the community when we open up again. Also, with technology we can keep in touch with the ward and stake. No need to gather again in person.

We have been having a home sacrament meeting with an Elderly widow in our ward at her home. We have an opening prayer, a hymn, the Sacrament, and a spiritual thought, then a closing prayer. On Fast Sunday we bear testimonies. It has been a blessing to all 3 of us. To me, this is the true and pure Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We return to church this Sunday. I have missed our instruction and the unified hearts meeting together to worship and partake of the sacrament. Home church has been wonderful and we all know how to do it now. It’s time to fortify our communities once again.

So beautifully expressed! Each person is a vital part of the Lord's work, and we all need to work together. It's all part of His plan. Thanks for sharing your insights.

Perhaps , too , all the families might remember the single sisters in their ward , who are unable to have the sacrament . We are hurting and need that strength that comes from partaking of the Lord’s supper . It is hard not to have that inter reaction with other ward members and friends .
