I’m afraid I cannot agree with you on this. Worldwide now, as of March 11, the mortality rate for this is at 4%. When the leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints decides it’s time to cancel all attendance at general conference, teach incoming missionaries at remote locations rather than at our MTC’s in Utah and London and cancel large gatherings within the church for meetings- that is not panic, it is choosing to be very very cautious of a virus that has now been stated as 10 times more deadly than influenza. Cases are rising exponentially in the United States and it will continue to get worse and more will die because there are so many that think it is just hype. When your elderly parents or family or friends end up dying because their immune systems cannot tolerate this virus then maybe we will be taking it more seriously.
