It will be harder to put together a booklet of finished Famile File Cards in the future. As of January 1st, those cards. I'm told, will be shredded at the Temple instead of being returned to the Patrons who brought them to the Temple.

I have been celebrating White Friday for three years. I would much rather get up early for a temple day than fight with energized shoppers just to save a few dollars. Early each November I send a White Friday email to every church member in my address book and suggest they consider forwarding it as they see fit. It is a no-cost tradition and so much better than going to the mall. On Friday evening I smile as I watch the news and see reports of crowded stores and filled parking lots. No matter how much money someone may have saved, I had a better day.

What a lovely idea! I would like to try this in my own family—immediate and extended. Thank you.
