While Dr. Al-Issa's efforts are truly admirable, and I wish him the best of luck, unfortunately, being a PhD in his own ideology, he must be fully aware that his efforts are contrary to the primary teachings and doctrines of Islam, and so one can only conclude that his efforts are an attempt at taqiyya.
