I’m on my second Instant Pot. My first one from Costco sat in the box unopened in my office for about two months and I finally took it back. About a month ago Hubble and I were in Costco again and he put it in the cart and said he was getting me one. Our son and daughter-in-law rave about theirs. So in about two weeks I tried it. First attempt was ribs. My husband said they were the best baby back ribs ever, fall off the bone yummy. 25 minutes in IP than 10 minutes in the oven to caramelize the sauce. EASY! Brown rice cooks perfect and quick. My goal is 1-3 meals a week. We are older and go out to eat a lot. I think this will cut that number down. Now I’m telling my son what I make and he has to try it. You can teach an old dog new tricks. I’m passing on all my crock pots too!
