Good article with some excellent points that I will try to implement even more than I have in the past. You did mention that the schedule is shortened, but actually the schedule is lengthened. In Sunday School it's lengthened by 10 minutes plus the time normally taken for the opening prayer, and in RS, YW and Priesthood it is lengthened by giving back the time normally taken out for opening exercises. Why do you think that extra time is given to classes and Sacrament Meeting is the one that is shortened? (Just something to think about)
