You forgot two very important changes. Sister missionaries can now wear pants. Also don't forget the changes to the temple endowment and and initiatories.
Another significant change many may not yet be aware of: Members can now easily find and do ordinances for relatives whose names are already in the Temple Name File by using the "Ordinances Ready" feature on familysearch.org and in the FamilySearch Tree app on smartphones. These are names that other people have already reserved and shared with the temple. You can now have the reservation for a particular ordinance transferred to yourself by just clicking the appropriate link. Look for the "Ordinances Ready" button and try it out! You'll find family file names you never thought you had.
One additional big change: In January 2018, priests started performing baptisms in temples, and young women had increased duties. This resulted in a notable increase in the number of young men and young women coming to temples on a regular basis. With the new guidelines for YM/YW advancement in 2019, we will see another uptick in youth temple attendance.
Also, some church pageants will be cancelled. I was amazed at how much changed occurred in one year.
