John R. Pack, if you are insinuating that a President and an Intern can have consensual relationships just because they are of age, you are wrong. There is rape where there is a disparate amount of power vs. a low-level employee.

Agreed, We must live moral, chaste lives in accordance with gospel principles -- and we must demand that standard from those who would represent us.
However, I would not equate the immorality of a consensual affair with the use of power or wealth to impose sexually on an unwilling victim. The former is adultery; the latter is rape and is a severe crime in every nation on Earth.

Yes, living the gospel is the answer but we still have work to do! Lets always "mourn with those who mourn and comfort those in need of comfort." https://universe.byu.edu/2018/05/22/culture-can-make-healing-difficult-for-lds-sexual-assault-survivors/

Fourteen(14) of our presidents have had proven, documented extra-marital affairs. Kissinger said "Power is the greatest aphrodisiac"

While I agree with your position, I must point out that one of the main reasons Mr. Pence is criticized for his position that he will never meet with a woman alone is that by so saying, he makes it difficult for a woman to compete with a man in a business situation. The man can "hang out with the boss', but a woman is excluded. Now if Pence said he would never meet with ANYONE alone, that would be different, but he will not do that, and so men will likely have more influence with him than any well-qualified woman. Also, honestly, that position sounds like he is blaming those wicked women who would tempt righteous him into sin--just another well-worn way to throw shade on women. We've heard that one forever (What were you wearing? What did you do to lead him on? Why were you alone with him anyway??). Pence is a bit too self-righteous for me to take him seriously. Call it woman's intuition.

You forgot to mention the stunning cover-up of the bath-house episodes in Chicago of the leader of the former administration before he went to Washington!
