Some Thoughts - What we perceive and believe is not all there is to perceive and believe. There is always a greater - higher understanding to be had, yet we all too often - think - we even believe we know we are RIGHT in our perceptions and understanding. Conflicts and offenses are often created because of our foolish need to establish - to even forceably convince others of our rightness. We are all here on an individual life journey - each unique - all to be experienced as we chose the events and people in our lives during our pre-earth life - to unfold in a timely manner - that include all life adversities and sufferings that were designed for our individual best good - our eternal spiritual growth - no matter the design and degree of the trials. Brigham Young: "Mankind is ignorant of the design the Almighty had in his creation and existence in this life. To obtain a knowledge of this design is a duty obligatory upon all the sons and daughters of Adam. (Discourses of Brigham Young) Joseph Smith - "..the principles of the Gospel. It will be a great while after you have passed through the veil before you will have learned them. It is not all to be comprehended in this world - it will be a great work to learn our salvation and exaltation - even beyond the grave." (History of the Church) Brigham Young - "This life is worth as much as any life that any being can possess in time or in eternity. There is no life more precious to us in the eye of eternal wisdom and justice than the life which we now possess. Instead of searching after what the Lord is going to do for us - let us inquire what we can do for ourselves. Our first duty is to take care of this life." (Discourses of Brigham Young)
